I just purchased an item and it is missing a part.
If you purchased the item within the last 30 days and there are parts missing from a factory sealed package, please return the item to the retailer for an exchange. If the item was purchased more than 30 days ago and is now out of warranty, please let us know by e-mail what part is missing and we will try to direct you to a retail source for a replacement part.

I purchased an item as a display, after season or beyond 90 days and it is missing a part.
Send us a message that includes the following: -Part needed -Date of purchase -Place of purchase -Item number, which is five digits and can be found on the box on the barcode and follows 086786. If you do not have the packaging please provide a description of the item or send an image so that we may identify it. After we receive this information we will advise if the part is available and provide pricing and payment options.
